Masks are not just beautiful objects to look at, they are exceptional tools. A mask can entertain, soothe, heal, protect or hide the wearer. It always has an impact on the wearer and the public and never leaves them indifferent.

Create a mask for a show
We will guide you through questions of style, form, quality of movement ... all important aspects to consider when making a mask for a particular show.
For those who do not have a specific project in mind, you can choose a simple story and we will help you throughout the process.
Mask play
An introduction to the half mask, with a particular focus on single player play.
Mask making
An introduction to masks making. Ideal if you are thinking about using masks in a creation but not quite sure you want to make them yourself.
Masks and Shakespeare
This workshop will focus on the world of Shakespeare through mask performance and explore:
- archetypal characters (hero, heroine, sage, mother earth, clown, warrior...)
- different styles of masks
- the use of excerpts in French and/ or English possible texts include by Romeo and Juliet, The Tempest and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
